Tires are one of the most important components of a forklift:

Support the full weight of the vehicle, withstand the load of the forklift, and transmit forces and moments in other directions;

Transmitting the traction and braking torque to ensure good adhesion between the wheel and the road surface to improve the power, braking and passage of the forklift; together with the forklift suspension to mitigate the impact of the forklift while driving, and attenuate The vibration generated thereby;

Prevent the forklift components from being subjected to severe vibration and early damage, adapt to the low speed performance of the vehicle and reduce the noise during driving, ensuring driving safety, handling stability, comfort and energy saving economy;

Why use solid tires?

First, excellent safety performance, which is conducive to improving work efficiency

Because the solid tire carcass is made of all rubber, the puncture resistance of the tire is ensured to the utmost extent, and the tire puncture problem of the industrial vehicle during the carrying operation and in the harsh working environment is fundamentally eliminated. The solid tire has small load-shaped variables and good running stability. Because it is resistant to thorns and tears, it does not need to be inflated, avoiding the heavy labor of frequent tire replacement, improving vehicle utilization and work efficiency, and operating at low speed and high efficiency. In vehicles, solid tires can completely replace pneumatic tires.

Second, reasonable structural design to ensure better performance of the tire

The solid tires are designed with an advanced three-stage design, and the three rubbers ensure the overall performance of the tires. The high rigidity and high strength base rubber and steel ring support not only ensure the stiffness of the tire, but also ensure the tightness of the tire and the rim, and fundamentally eliminate the slip ring problem of the solid tire; the highly elastic intermediate glue effectively It absorbs the vibration generated when the vehicle is running, has comfortable driving ability, and avoids damage to the vehicle; the thick tread rubber layer ensures the tear resistance of the tire and improves the service life of the solid tire;

Third, advanced technology and formula design

The production of solid tires has more than half a century of advanced production technology and experience, and maximizes the performance of the tires in rubber design. In particular, the base rubber is made of high-rigidity, low-heating rubber, and tires imported from abroad. The heat and temperature during operation are reduced to the minimum, and at the same time the heat resistance of the tire is improved, thereby solving the serious problems of swelling, slipping and bursting of the solid tire due to temperature rise; the advanced formula design reduces the tire Rolling resistance. Tested by the National Engineering Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the solid tire rolling resistance coefficient is equivalent to that of pneumatic tires, thus solving the problem of increased fuel consumption caused by switching to solid tires;

Fourth, to avoid the tires of vehicle tires, the danger of losing control, and promote safe production

Pneumatic tire rim solid tires are solid tires that can be used interchangeably with pneumatic tires of the same specification. When the vehicle is driving at a high speed, such as a tire hitting a pothole and other obstacles, the tire will have severe crush deformation between the obstacle and the rim flange, which may cause the carcass cord to break and the compressed air inside the tire to break. The line is jacked up to form a bulge. More serious, it will cause the tire to collide and rupture, instantaneously completely deflated and may be in danger of losing control of the vehicle. Compared with pneumatic tires, it has the advantages of high safety, puncture resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance and long service life. It is an ideal replacement for pneumatic tires in the industrial vehicle field. With the development of industrial vehicles and the improvement of solid tire production technology, such tires are becoming more and more widely used.
